目的:完善目前已知的HLA-DR与HLA-DQ关联表。方法:从2000~2006年间到我们实验室配型的供患者中选出与关联表不相符的16例标本并对这些标本进行高分辨鉴定。结果:发现在中国汉族人中的五条HLA-DR与HLA-DQ位点连锁遗传的单倍体。结论:为目前所用的HLA-DR与HLA-DQ位点关联表在中国人群中增加五个新的单倍体,使关联表更适合于中国人群。
Objective: To improve the currently known HLA-DR and HLA-DQ association table. Methods: From 2000-2006 to our laboratory matching for the selection of patients with the table does not match the 16 cases of specimens and high-resolution identification of these specimens. Results: Five haplogroups were found to be linked in a Chinese Han population with five HLA-DR and HLA-DQ loci. Conclusion: Five new haplotypes are added to the Chinese population for the currently used HLA-DR and HLA-DQ loci association tables, making the related tables more suitable for the Chinese population.
