在经济知识时代,人力资本已经成为企业提高经济效益和获得竞争优势的重要源泉。本文以我国2011年162家高科技上市公司为研究对象,利用分位数回归模型,检验了不同绩效水平的企业中人力资本对企业绩效的影响关系。实证结果表明:人力资本与企业绩效之间存在正相关关系,不同企业绩效水平下各人力资本指标对企业绩效有不同的影响。
In the era of economic knowledge, human capital has become an important source for enterprises to enhance economic efficiency and gain competitive advantage. In this paper, 162 high-tech listed companies in China as the research object, the use of quantile regression model to test the performance of different levels of performance in the enterprise of human capital on corporate performance impact. The empirical results show that there is a positive correlation between human capital and business performance, and each human capital index has different impact on business performance under different business performance levels.
