国内城镇原来的中小学教学楼多采用底层大空间-单跨框架结构,由于单跨框架结构的抗震性能较差,加之设计时未考虑上部楼层填充墙的刚度影响,地震时结构底层往往发生严重的破坏现象。针对该类型结构对填充墙的影响进行了讨论,给出了在刚性连接中相同条件的填充墙换算钢筋混凝土剪力墙的估算方法。结合某工程案例,通过MIDAS/Gen分析了不考虑和考虑填充墙贡献两种情况下结构的侧向刚度和自振周期等结构特性,针对性地提出增设钢筋混凝土剪力墙的加固方案,利用刚度差反算所需要增加的剪力墙用量,加固效果较为良好。
