目的探讨甲状腺功能亢进症患者血清IL-17的水平及其FT3、FT4的相关性。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验测定30例健康对照者和30例甲亢患者血清中IL-17的水平,化学发光法检测FT3、FT4,并分析IL-17与FT3、FT4的相关性。结果甲亢组血清中的IL-17(1089.5±101.9)pg/L与正常对照组(725.4±94.6)pg/L比较明显升高(P<0.05);同时相关性分析表明甲亢患者血清中IL-17的表达水平与FT3、FT4的浓度呈明显的正相关[r(FT3)=0.68,r(FT4)=0.56,P<0.05]。结论甲亢患者血清中IL-17的高表达可能与FT3、FT4激素分泌有关。
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum IL-17 level and FT3 and FT4 in patients with hyperthyroidism. Methods Serum levels of IL-17 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in 30 healthy controls and 30 hyperthyroid patients. Chemiluminescence was used to detect the levels of FT3 and FT4. The correlation between IL-17, FT3 and FT4 was analyzed. Results Serum levels of IL-17 (1089.5 ± 101.9) pg / L in hyperthyroidism group were significantly higher than those in normal control group (725.4 ± 94.6) pg / L (P <0.05). Correlation analysis showed that serum IL- 17 was positively correlated with the concentrations of FT3 and FT4 [r (FT3) = 0.68, r (FT4) = 0.56, P <0.05]. Conclusion The high expression of IL-17 in the serum of patients with hyperthyroidism may be related to the secretion of FT3 and FT4 hormones.
