“吸烟有害健康”——这是现行广告法法律条文对烟草广告的明确规定之一。这项规定实行多年来,在社会上产生了广泛而又良好的宣传警示作用,几乎让大家都意识到了吸烟的严重危害。从人们的身心健康考虑,越来越多的国家都已经实行更加严厉的禁烟措施。我国这次广告法修订草案,亦强化了对烟草广告的限定。2014年8月25日,国家工商行政管理总局局长张茅向十二届全国人大常委会第十次会议作广告法
