【目的】探讨桂蹄2号对荸荠秆枯病和枯萎病的田间抗性,为荸荠生产提供科学指导。【方法】以广西荸荠主产区平乐县、荔浦县、贺州市平桂区为试验点,各试验点分别选择土壤肥力程度高、中、低3种类型田块,每种类型田块分别种植桂蹄2号和当地农家品种,在荸荠封行期和膨大期进行荸荠秆枯病和枯萎病病害调查,并计算病情指数。【结果】在荸荠封行期,3个试验点桂蹄2号均未发生秆枯病,对照病情指数为7.57~16.87;枯萎病桂蹄2号病情指数为0~7.50,对照病情指数为3.58~14.23。在荸荠膨大期,3个试验点桂蹄2号秆枯病病情指数为8.42~22.58,枯萎病病情指数为5.16~20.26;差异显著性分析显示,荸荠秆枯病和枯萎病病情指数在平乐县试验点和荔浦县试验点与对照达极显著差异水平(P<0.01),在贺州市平桂区试验点与对照达显著差异水平(P<0.05)。桂蹄2号在不同土壤肥力的抗病性表现为:高土壤肥力>中等土壤肥力>低土壤肥力。【结论】桂蹄2号较当地农家品种抗荸荠秆枯病和枯萎病,可在广西各地推广种植。
【Objective】 The purpose of this study was to investigate the field resistance of Gutihuan 2 to water chestnut blight and blight and to provide scientific guidance for its production. 【Method】 Taking Pingle County, Lipu County and Hegui Pinggui as the experimental points, the main producing areas of water chestnuts in Guangxi were selected as test sites. Three plots with high, medium and low soil fertility were selected for each experimental site. Respectively, planting Guihao No. 2 and local farmers varieties, water chestnut seal and swollen period of water chestnut blight disease and blight disease survey, and calculate the disease index. 【Result】 The results showed that no blight occurred in Guizhil No.2 of the three experimental sites during the sealing stage of water chestnut, with the disease index of control 7.57-16.87; the disease index of Guizhux No.2 of Fusarium wilt was 0-7.50 and that of control was 3.58 ~ 14.23. In the stage of water chestnut enlargement, the disease index of stem blight of Guihao No.2 in three experimental sites was 8.42 ~ 22.58, and the index of disease index of wilt was 5.16 ~ 20.26. The significant difference analysis indicated that the index of disease of blight and blight of water chestnut was Pingle There was a significant difference between the experimental sites and the control sites (P <0.01) in the experimental sites of the county and the experimental sites of Lipu County, and significant differences (P <0.05) between the experimental sites and the control sites in Pinggu District of Hezhou City. The disease resistance of Guihuan No.2 in different soil fertility showed as follows: high soil fertility> moderate soil fertility> low soil fertility. 【Conclusion】 Guihuan No.2 was more resistant to Fusarium oxysporum and Fusarium wilt than local farmers, and could be planted in all over Guangxi.
