运用多因素非条件 L ogistic回归分析的方法 ,对山东地区汉族 2型糖尿病患者 10 7例和正常对照者 10 5例的多个糖尿病候选基因及部分环境因素进行分析 ,结果发现 2型糖尿病的发生与 D2 S140等位基因 2 (OR=13.0 0 94,P=0 .0 0 36 )、GCK等位基因 5 (OR=10 .16 99,P=0 .0 345 )及环境因素中的年龄 (OR=1.5 0 5 8,P=0 .0 2 93)、TG(OR=2 .910 5 ,P=0 .0 0 75 )、apo B(OR=2 .7481,P=0 .0 2 5 2 )、L P(a) (OR=1.0 0 31,P=0 .0 0 2 1)呈正相关。与 FABP2 基因无相关性。疾病的发生与 D2 S140等位基因 6 (OR=0 .0 717,P=0 .0 0 0 1)、GCK等位基因 2 (OR=0 .2 2 37,P=0 .0 0 0 6 )及 HDL - c(OR=0 .5 2 49,P=0 .0 0 87)呈负相关。结论为 D2 S140等位基因 2、GCK等位基因 5、年龄、TG、apo B、L P(a) 是2型糖尿病发病的独立危险因素 ,基因变异在 2型糖尿病的发病中起着主要的作用
Using multivariate non-conditional L ogistic regression analysis to analyze the multiple candidate genes of diabetes and some environmental factors in 107 cases of type 2 diabetes in Shandong Han and 105 cases of normal controls, it was found that type 2 diabetes mellitus (OR = 13.0 0 94, P = 0.0036), GCK allele 5 (OR = 10.1699, P = 0.3045) and age in the environmental factors ( OR = 1.5 05.8, P = 0.0223), TG (OR = 2.9010, P = 0.00075), apo B (OR = 2.7448, P = .025 2), LP (a) (OR = 1.0 0 31, P = 0.002 1). No correlation with FABP2 gene. The incidence of the disease was significantly higher than that of the D2 S140 allele 6 (OR = 0. 0717, P = 0.0001), GCK allele 2 (OR = 0.2237, P = 0.0606 ) And HDL - c (OR = 0.2549, P = 0.087). Conclusions: D2 S140 allele 2, GCK allele 5, age, TG, apo B and L P (a) are independent risk factors for type 2 diabetes. Gene mutation plays a major role in the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes
