                                领导者创新的内在制约因素 创新意识意识是行为的基础。创新意识直接影响领导者创新的力度和方向。企业家的本质就是创新;创新由于环境的变化因而是持续不断的,而非一劳永逸。成功企业的衰退就在于企业固步自封,思维定势和管理隋性;创新主体应是多元的,领导者自己创新固然好,但广大下属创新更体现出企业的生机和活力,领导者在创新中则更多地成为创新的开启者、推进者。
The intrinsic constraints of leader innovation Innovation awareness is the basis of behavior. Innovation consciousness directly affects the strength and direction of leader innovation. The essence of entrepreneurs is innovation; innovation is continuous because of changes in the environment, rather than once and for all. The recession of successful companies lies in the enterprises’ self-styled, fixed thinking and management ambiguity; the main body of innovation should be diversified, and the leaders themselves are innovative, but the majority of subordinate innovations also reflect the vigor and vitality of the enterprise. Leaders in innovation are More to be the initiator and promoter of innovation.
