随着我国社会经济的发展,基础建设的投资也逐渐加大,大量工程项目开工。随着市场竞争的日益激烈,效益已成为各企业竞争的目标,因此向管理要效益已经成为各个企业的共识。在建设投资力度不断增大的情况下,工程项目的“四大控制”(进度、质量、安全、成本)必须经过严格的控制和精细的管理才能得以保证。在国家加大对安全生产监管力度和对安全生产事故的责任追究,吊销企业安全生产许可证、工伤补偿标准的逐年提高,施工企业安全管理风险越来越大。本文主要针对当前施工现场安全管理存在的问题进行探讨,并提出改进对策。
With the social and economic development in our country, the investment in infrastructure construction has also gradually increased, and a large number of construction projects have started. With the increasingly fierce market competition, efficiency has become the goal of competition in various enterprises, so to manage the effectiveness has become the consensus of all enterprises. With the increasing investment in construction, the “four major control” (progress, quality, safety and cost) of the project must be strictly controlled and finely managed to be guaranteed. In the country to step up supervision of production safety and accountability for accidents in production safety, revocation of production safety permits, work injury compensation standards increased year by year, construction companies more and more risk of safety management. This article mainly discusses the problems existing in the safety management of the construction site at present and puts forward the improvement measures.
