Small cell lung cancer has a high degree of malignancy, rapid development, is more sensitive to chemotherapy, and metastasis early, the prognosis is poor, its image performance, pathological changes are special. In this paper, our hospital from 2001 to 2009 confirmed by pathology and complete CT data of 49 cases were analyzed in order to deepen their understanding of the image features to improve the level of qualitative diagnosis. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information Collection January 2001 to 2009
