通过近几年的发展,我国旅游教育已具有相当的规模,旅游专业建设不断加强,但是目前仍存在着导游素质不高,旅游专业毕业生职业能力、工作适应能力低,学生就业困难的现象,因此在教学中要把培养学生的职业能力放在首位,明确培养目标,改进教学方法,改变考核手段,全面衡量导游的综合能力。 Through the development in recent years, tourism education in our country has reached a considerable scale and tourism professionalism has been continuously strengthened. However, there are still some problems such as the low quality of tour guides, the professional abilities of tourism graduates, the low adaptability of work and the employment difficulties of students. Therefore, in teaching, we should give top priority to cultivating students’ professional ability, clearly set goals, improve teaching methods, change assessment methods and comprehensively measure the comprehensive ability of tour guides.
