目的:了解医学生总体幸福感、应对方式及其关系,为进一步开展医学生心理健康教育提供理论依据。方法:采用总体幸福感量表与应对方式量表对山西大同大学医学院241名学生进行问卷调查。结果:1医学生的幸福感总分较高,女生的幸福感总分高于相应常模(t=5.38,P<0.01),女生的忧郁或愉快心境得分高于男生得分(t=-2.358,P<0.05),男、女生的幸福感总分无显著差异(t=-1.549,P>0.05);2女生求助因子分高于男生(t=-2.522,P<0.05),男生合理化因子分高于女生(t=2.106,P<0.05);3幸福感与应对方式的解决问题、求助(r=0.186,0.247;P<0.01)呈正相关关系;与应对方式的自责、幻想、退避、合理化(r=-0.471,-0.304,-0.281,-0.312;P<0.01)维度呈负相关关系;4逐步回归分析中,自责、求助(t=-9690,2.853;P<0.01)进入回归方程,对总体幸福感的影响较为明显。结论:个体的应对方式在一定程度上预测其总体幸福感水平。
Objective: To understand the overall happiness of medical students, coping styles and their relationship, to provide theoretical basis for further education of mental health of medical students. Methods: A total of 241 students from Shanxi Datong University School of Medicine were surveyed by using the overall happiness scale and coping style questionnaire. Results: 1 The total score of happiness of medical students is higher, the total score of happiness of girls is higher than that of the corresponding norm (t = 5.38, P <0.01), and the score of melancholy or happy mood of girls is higher than that of boys (t = -2.358 (T = -2.522, P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the total score of happiness among boys and girls (t = -1.549, P> 0.05) (T = 2.106, P <0.05) .3 There was a positive correlation between the sense of well-being and coping style and help (r = 0.186,0.247; P <0.01) (R = -0.471, -0.304, -0.281, -0.312, P <0.01). In the stepwise regression analysis, self-accusation and help (t = -9690,2.853; P <0.01) Regression equation, the impact of overall happiness is more obvious. CONCLUSIONS: Individual coping styles predict to some extent their overall level of well-being.
