国有企业因为历史原因习惯于固守在产品导向的市场上,但在市场经济明显倾向于顾客导向的现状下,面向顾客的服务理念在国有企业的中的地位越来越重要。本文从服务营销角度出发,从服务人员、服务展示和服务过程三个方面出发,结合川东北项目部的现场仓储经验,对物资公司建设国际化物流公司提出相应建议。
For historical reasons, state-owned enterprises are accustomed to sticking to the product-oriented market. However, under the condition that the market economy obviously tends to be customer-oriented, the service-oriented concept for customers is becoming more and more important in the state-owned enterprises. This article from the service marketing point of view, starting from three aspects of service personnel, service display and service process, combined with the experience of on-site warehousing of Northeast Sichuan Project Department, and put forward corresponding suggestions to the material company to build an international logistics company.
