目的 探讨先天性感音聋的CT诊断价值。材料与方法 搜集 5 9例先天性感音聋患者 ,均采用颞骨轴位高分辨CT扫描。结果 根据其影像学表现将其分为 5型 :Ⅰ .Michel型 ,8耳 ;Ⅱ .Mondini型 ,15耳 ;Ⅲ .前庭导水管扩大畸形型 ,3 3耳 ;Ⅳ .内耳道发育畸形型 ,2耳 ;Ⅴ .Alexander型和Seheibe型 ,5 4耳。值得指出的是多数先天性内耳畸形可伴有或单独存在前庭导水管扩大畸形。结论 CT对诊断先天性感音聋有重要价值
Objective To investigate the value of CT diagnosis of congenital sensorineural hearing loss. Materials and Methods Fifty-nine patients with congenital sensorineural hearing loss were collected by high-resolution temporal CT scan. Results According to its imaging findings, it was divided into 5 types: Ⅰ. Michel type, 8 ears; Ⅱ. Mondini type, 15 ears; Ⅲ. Vestibular aqueduct enlargement deformity type, 3 3 ears; Ⅳ. 2 ears; Ⅴ Alexander and Seheibe type, 54 ears. It is worth pointing out that most congenital auricle deformities may be associated with or separate vestibular aqueduct enlargement deformity. Conclusion CT is of great value in the diagnosis of congenital sensorineural hearing loss
