在经济全球化的“大气候”与我国经济“新常态”的“小气候”影响下,积极参与“一带一路”建设,以更好的姿态“走出去”将成为我国企业的必然选择。这对我国企业拓展海外市场、走向世界提供了新的历史机遇,同时,也对如何提高企业核心竞争力以应对国际竞争提出了挑战。对此,文章认为中国企业应从组织管理、品牌文化、产品技术三个方面,来构建企业核心竞争力。
