目前,我国以工业为代表的各产业实现了突飞猛进的发展,然而,我国的劳资关系问题却凸现出来。在我国,劳动者是较为典型的弱势群体,劳资矛盾也已成为社会中最为重要的矛盾之一,若是不能将其处理得当,便会容易导致社会冲突,这与我国建设社会主义和谐社会是相违背的。近年来,国家通过制定相关法律,提高了劳工标准,也使工会有所扩权。工会在实际生活中作用逐渐增大,然而工会却仍旧存在问题。这时我们便不能忽视另一种民间形式,即企业社会责任机制。针对企业社会责任维护劳工权益的实际效果,我国社会各界始终莫衷一是。利用哪种形式才能够更好的保证劳工权益,是以工会扩权的形式,是以企业社会责任运动的形式,还是通过更好的方法,这是当前我们应该思考的主要问题。

Which form can we use to better guarantee labor rights and benefits depends on whether trade unions should expand their powers of authority, take the form of corporate social responsibility movement, or adopt better ways. This is the main issue that we should think about now.
