故事梗概：克里斯·尼尔森和发妻安妮是恩爱的一对。当他们的一对儿女因车祸去世后，生活从此失去了欢乐。四年后，克里斯又遇意外身亡，孤身一人的安妮终于受不了丧亲之痛，自杀身亡。已经死去的克里斯在天堂知晓自杀的妻子被罚入地狱后，毅然决定在循迹者的指引下亲赴鬼门关，拯救失散的爱妻……

Chris: Oh, yeah. Push her right to the edge. That’s why I had to come out now, tell you I’m giving up. Just not the way you think. Go home, Al. Will you tell my children I love them? And I won’t leave their mother.
