指出了目前不相容聚合物共混体系相态反转数学模型的不足 ,提出了能量比模型的概念 ,认为这是研究不相容聚合物共混体系相态有效的方法。初步建立了共混体系能耗速率的计算公式并对其进行了理论研究与分析 ,结果表明振动力场对控制不相容聚合物共混体系的相态具有积极作用。
Pointed out the shortcomings of the phase inversion mathematical model of incompatible polymer blends, and put forward the concept of energy ratio model, which is considered as a method to study the phase state of incompatible polymer blends. The calculation formula of the energy consumption rate of the blends was preliminarily established, and the theoretical study and analysis were carried out. The results show that the vibration field plays a positive role in controlling the phase state of the incompatible polymer blends.
