以披碱草为材料,用150W微波功率分别处理披碱草种子30s、40s、50s、55s、60s和65s,研究不同微波处理强度下内生真菌的致死情况,同时考察微波对披碱草发芽活力的影响。结果表明:150W功率处理40s可以显著降低披碱草内生真菌的带菌率(P<0.05),提高发芽率,促进根、芽的生长(P<0.05)和生物量的积累,披碱草株高提长且对发芽势、发芽指数和萌发活力指数等发芽参数无显著影响;当微波强度较大时对披碱草种子造成伤害。
