目前造型机中普遍采用了微震机构,以提高造型质量和造型生产率。由于影响微震过程的因素很多,所以对微震机构振动过程的分析比较复杂。我们初步分析了微震机构的振动过程,并用图解法——相平面图法来解微震机构的振动方程,并提出对微震频率,震铁对工作台撞击速度和震铁振幅的计算方法。此法从原则上讲可以解预震和压震两种工作状况的振动方程。由于在预震时,工作台也在不断地跳动,所以方程的图解更为复杂,这里暂不研究。以下主要研究压震过程。
At present, microseismic institutions are commonly used in modeling machines to improve the quality of modeling and the productivity of modeling. Due to many factors that affect the microseismic process, the analysis of the microseismic mechanism vibration process is more complicated.
