采用研究较少但价格与氯盐差不多的硝酸盐作为源材料,采用溶剂热合成方法制备了不同合成温度、不同合成时间下的CuInSe2粉末样品;通过研究其XRD图谱和SEM图谱,得到在合成温度为180℃,合成时间为30h时物相最纯和形貌最佳的CuInSe2粉末;对硝酸盐作为源材料制备CuInSe2粉末的研究,可以更广阔的展开我们对非真空条件下制备CIS薄膜太阳能电池吸收层的研究。
The CuInSe2 powder samples with different synthesis temperatures and different synthesis times were prepared by solvothermal synthesis using less studied nitrate with similar price as the chloride salt.
