目的探讨核磁共振成像(MRI)与CT在急性颅脑损伤诊断中的应用价值。方法 100例急性颅脑损伤患者为研究对象,分别采用MRI技术和CT扫描检查,观察比较两种检查方法头部特殊部位的病变检出率。结果 CT对灰白质交界区损伤、中后颈窝损伤、胼胝体损伤及延髓、脑桥损伤的检出率分别为15.00%、18.00%、7.00%、3.00%,MRI检出率分别为30.00%、32.00%、17.00%、10.00%;MRI对颅脑特殊部位的病变检出率显著高于CT,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MRI诊断结果优于CT,而CT对患者的小脑、脑干和颞叶边缘部位的损伤较小,临床上可根据实际情况进行灵活运用。
Objective To investigate the value of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and CT in the diagnosis of acute craniocerebral injury. Methods One hundred patients with acute craniocerebral injury were selected as study objects. MRI and CT scanning were performed respectively. The detection rate of lesions in the special part of the head was compared between the two methods. Results The detection rates of CT on the junctional area of gray matter, middle and posterior cervical injury, corpus callosum and medulla oblongata and pontine lesions were 15.00%, 18.00%, 7.00% and 3.00% respectively. The MRI detection rates were 30.00% and 32.00 %, 17.00% and 10.00% respectively. The detection rate of MRI in the special part of brain was significantly higher than that of CT (P <0.05). Conclusions MRI diagnosis is superior to CT, but CT has less damage to the cerebellum, brainstem and temporal lobe, and can be flexibly applied according to the actual situation.
