职业幸福感决定着职业人的人生态度和生涯发展。为高职生的职业幸福感打好基础,培养享受工作的新职业人成为当今职业教育的应然目标,也呼唤着当今职业教育从行为从众走向理论自觉。以积极心理学为指导,在调查研究的基础上,构建了职业幸福感的理论假设,并从文化引领,人格本位;名师示范,竞赛提升;科研助推,开发潜能方面进行了实践探索,力图以视界的融合来探寻提升职业教育的质量与吸引力的哲学智慧,以澄明困惑,形成共识。
Occupational happiness determines career attitude and career development. Lay a good foundation for higher vocational students’ sense of professional well-being, and cultivate new professionals who enjoy their work become the current goal of vocational education. They also call for vocational education from the public to the theoretical self-awareness. Based on the investigation and research, the author constructs the theoretical hypothesis of occupational well-being based on the investigation of positive psychology. From the perspectives of culture leadership, personality standardization, teacher demonstration, promotion of competition, promotion of scientific research and development of potential, The fusion of horizons to explore the philosophy and wisdom to enhance the quality and attractiveness of vocational education to clarify confusion and form a consensus.
