目的分析甘肃省庆阳市艾滋病病例的流行特征,为防控工作提供科学依据。方法收集2004─2013年庆阳市HIV/AIDS病例106例,采用描述流行病学方法进行分析。结果 106例感染者/患者,男性79例,女性27例,男女性别比3.76∶1;发病集中在20岁~组(42例)、30岁~组(28例)年龄组,平均年龄(33.13±11.44)岁;以初中文化程度最多46例、占43.40%,农民工最多55例,性传播97例、血液传播4例、注射吸毒传播3例,以本地户籍为主91例、占85.85%;死亡24例,死亡率22.64%,高于同期结核病死亡率(0.38%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=1 035.97,P<0.01);主动咨询检测检出病例占23.58%,术前及其他就诊检测占41.51%。结论庆阳市艾滋病报告病例数呈逐年上升趋势,表现出以本地户籍、患者年轻化、文化程度低、性传播途径为主要特征,异性性行为比男男同性性行为感染人数增长快,死亡率高;应加强艾滋病的综合防治措施,积极开展抗病毒治疗,减少死亡率,降低发病率。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of AIDS cases in Qingyang City, Gansu Province, and provide a scientific basis for prevention and control. Methods A total of 106 cases of HIV / AIDS in Qingyang City from 2004 to 2013 were collected and analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method. Results There were 106 cases of infectives / patients, including 79 males and 27 females, the ratio of male to female was 3.76: 1. The incidence was mainly in the group of 20 years old to 42 years old and 30 years old to 28 years old. The mean age was 33.13 ± 11.44) years of age; the highest level of junior high school education in 46 cases, accounting for 43.40%, migrant workers up to 55 cases, 97 cases of sexual transmission, blood transmission in 4 cases, injection drug abuse in 3 cases, 91 cases of local household registration, accounting for 85.85% ; 24 died, the death rate was 22.64%, higher than the same period of tuberculosis mortality rate (0.38%), the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 1 035.97, P <0.01); active counseling and testing detected cases accounted for 23.58% Other visits accounted for 41.51%. Conclusions The number of HIV / AIDS cases reported in Qingyang City has been increasing year by year. It shows that the number of HIV / AIDS cases in Qingyang City is increasing with the increase of local residents, younger patients, lower education and sexually transmitted diseases. High; comprehensive AIDS prevention and control measures should be strengthened, and actively carry out antiviral therapy to reduce mortality and reduce morbidity.
