定制,一直是人类进步路上的孜孜追求:定制西装、定制餐具、定制家具、定制住宅。打上“与众不同”标签的任何物品,都让人对其产生更特殊的情感,从而爱不释手。与其他任何产品一样,葡萄酒也悄悄走进了定制的时代:葡萄酒的生产流程被拆分成许多细小的模块,从种植到采摘,到酿造到装瓶,最后进行销售,都可以加入消费者个人喜好的因素。普通消费者可以花小成本定制属于自己的酒标,顶层消费者亦能花大价钱买下酒庄生产他们自己喜爱的葡萄酒。定制让葡萄酒更具娱乐性,变得更亲民。本期专题我们便深入这场微醺的定制,探讨中国葡萄酒的私人定制时代是否已经全面到来!
