目的:探讨复方桂枝茯苓胶囊对脑缺血再灌注大鼠的脑保护机制。方法:SD大鼠分为药物组、模型组、假手术组,分别给予复方桂枝茯苓胶囊及生理盐水3周后,进行脑缺血再灌注造模后,检测其脑匀浆、血清MDA、NO并检查其病理改变。结果:药物组脑匀浆、血清MDA、NO含量明显低于模型组,药物组病理损伤比模型组轻。结论:复方桂枝茯苓胶囊可降低脑缺血再灌注大鼠MDA、NO含量,对缺血再灌注大鼠的脑组织具有保护作用。
Objective: To explore the protective mechanism of compound Guizhiqi Capsule on cerebral ischemia reperfusion in rats. METHODS: Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into drug group, model group and sham operation group. After 3 weeks of compound Guizhi Fuling Capsules and normal saline, cerebral ischemic reperfusion was performed to test the brain homogenate and serum MDA. NO and check its pathological changes. Results: The content of MDA and NO in brain homogenate and serum were significantly lower in the drug group than in the model group. The pathological damage in the drug group was lighter than that in the model group. Conclusion: Compound Guizhi Fuling capsule can reduce the content of MDA and NO in rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion, and it has protective effect on brain tissue of rats with ischemia-reperfusion.
