近年来,我国国民经济得到了迅速的发展,而高速公路作为交通运输中的重要内容,在社会发展和国民经济中的作用日益凸显,其作用也越加重要起来。高速公路作为交通运输中的主动脉,其中心任务是取得较高的经济效益回报,实现经济的发展。而这一目标的实现依赖于高速公路营运自身的营运能力,依靠其整体效率的增强,来发掘出新的效益增长点。文章就从高速公路营运管理的观点着手,对提升高速公路经济效益和社会效益的措施进行分析。
In recent years, the national economy of our country has been rapidly developed. As an important part of transportation, the expressway plays an increasingly important role in social development and the national economy. Its role is of even greater importance. As the aorta in transportation, the central task of expressway is to obtain a higher return on economic benefits and achieve economic development. The realization of this goal depends on the operation ability of expressway operation itself, and relies on the enhancement of its overall efficiency to discover new profit growth points. From the point of view of expressway operation and management, the article analyzes the measures to enhance the economic and social benefits of expressway.
