周围血液和骨髓涂片对磷酸酶和氧化酶的细胞化学反应可研究粒细胞的酶的活性,后者对机体的病理状态有关。本文用Kaolow法测定硷性磷酸酶,改良的法测酸性磷酸酶,观察周围血液和疱液中粒细胞的细胞化学活性。同时作白细胞分类,骨髓嗜酸性细胞计数。共查25例。15例为疱疹样皮炎,10例寻常型天疱疮。两者在病程中均有白细胞总数下降,尤以后者为显著。疱疹样皮炎嗜酸性细胞增多,在血液中达28%,在疱液中为26%,在缓解期血液中嗜酸性细胞尚有12%。天疱疮血液和疱液中嗜酸性细胞有减低倾向,缓解期血象正常。骨髓象疱疹样皮炎正常,天疱疮有中度成白细
