2006年至2010年联合国儿童基金会“聋儿双语双文化项目”进入第二周期,为了推动“聋儿双语双文化项目”的发展,对项目进行了中期评估。评估采用现场录像、数据统计和资料整理等方法,对聋儿双语课堂教学、手语和书面语学习的情况进行评估。评估结果表明:项目的各项教学活动是积极的、有效的,有助于聋童较为熟练地掌握手语,同时,促进了聋童汉语书面语的发展和口语的学习,提高了聋童的思维能力。
From 2006 to 2010, UNICEF and Bilingual Dual Culture Program for Deaf Children entered the second cycle. In order to promote the development of Bilingual Dual Culture Project for Deaf Children, a mid-term evaluation of the project was conducted. The assessment uses live video recording, data statistics and data collation to evaluate the bilingual teaching, deaf children’s language learning and sign language learning. The assessment results show that the teaching activities of the project are positive and effective, which help deaf children acquire a more skillful sign language, promote the development of Chinese written language and oral learning of deaf children, and enhance the thinking ability of deaf children .
