多粘菌素B属多肽类抗生素,其副作用主要为肾毒性.笔者在临床应用其治疗细菌性肠炎的过程发现,多粘菌素B还可致紫绀,致紫绀的原因可能是多粘菌素B引起的高铁血红蛋白血症.现报道如下.1、临床资料1.1用多粘菌素B治疗一般药物疗效不佳的顽固性细菌性肠炎36例,其中18例为鼠伤寒沙门氏菌肠炎,11例为福氏志贺氏菌肠炎,7例为枸椽酸杆菌肠炎.1.2年龄:新生儿8例,<1岁16例,～3岁10例,>3岁2例.男20例,女16例.
