本研究以蚯蚓的趋避性行为、体重及瞬时生长速率、纤维素酶(EG、BG、CBH)为指标,以转Bt基因棉和常规非转基因棉苗期、花铃期和拔柴期的根部为实验材料,研究了转基因与非转基因棉花根对蚯蚓趋避性行为、生长速率和纤维素酶活性的影响。实验结果表明,蚯蚓对棉花根存在趋向性,棉花根可以增加蚯蚓的体重和瞬时生长速率,且可以提高蚯蚓纤维素酶的活性。转基因和非转基因棉花根对蚯蚓的影响无显著差异。
In this study, we used the repellents of earthworms, body weight and instantaneous growth rate, cellulase (EG, BG, CBH) as indicators, and the root of transgenic Bt cotton and conventional non-transgenic cotton at seedling stage, For the experimental materials, the effects of transgenic and non-transgenic cotton roots on the evasion behavior, growth rate and cellulase activity of earthworm were studied. The experimental results showed that earthworms tended to have the tendency of cotton roots, cotton roots could increase the weight and instantaneous growth rate of earthworms, and could increase the activity of earthworm cellulase. The effects of transgenic and non-transgenic cotton roots on earthworms showed no significant difference.
