目的研究血清Ⅰ型前胶原羧端肽原(PICP)和Ⅰ型胶原吡啶交联终肽(ICTP)浓度与前列腺癌骨转移的关系。方法放免法检测61例BPH、18例前列腺癌和28例前列腺癌骨转移患者的血清PICP和ICTP。结果前列腺癌骨转移者的PICP和ICTP明显升高,PICP和ICTP联合试验的敏感性和特异性均优于PICP或ICTP的单独试验。结论PICP>205μg/L或者ICTP>6.0μg/L时,应怀疑前列腺癌骨转移;PICP>205μg/L而且ICTP>6.0μg/L时,临床诊断前列腺癌骨转移。
Objective To study the relationship between serum procollagen carboxyterminal peptide (PICP) and type Ⅰ collagen bipyridine (ICTP) and the bone metastasis of prostate cancer. Methods The serum PICP and ICTP levels in 61 cases of BPH, 18 cases of prostate cancer and 28 cases of prostate cancer with bone metastasis were detected by radioimmunoassay. Results The PICP and ICTP in patients with prostate cancer with bone metastasis were significantly higher than those in PICP or ICTP alone. Conclusions Prostate cancer should be suspected of bone metastasis when PICP> 205μg / L or ICTP> 6.0μg / L; bone metastases of prostate cancer should be clinically diagnosed when PICP> 205μg / L and ICTP> 6.0μg / L.
