随着无线通信的发展,作为无线收发设备和系统都必需的天线,乃至整个天线产业现在都面临着巨大的挑战和机遇。一方面,传统的天线已经越来越难以满足如WLAN(无线局域网)、Bluetooth(蓝牙)、蜂窝电话、移动基站、GPS(全球定位系统)、RFID(射频识别)等现代无线通信所需要的小型、低剖面、多频段的要求;另一方面,根据不完全统计,到2005年天线市场将增长到20亿美元。而其中主要的增长点来自:无线局域网、全球定位天线、蓝牙应用、蜂窝移动电话多频手机等。无线通信中的天线产品具有低成本、高附加值的特点。中国从国外进口的天线价格是其制作成本的5~6倍。而在国内有近百家的从事天线研发、制造的公司,却极少触及到现在发展的无线通信用的新型天线。如何改变这种现状,中国的天线企业正在做怎样的努力呢?
With the development of wireless communications, the antennas required by wireless transceivers and systems as well as the entire antenna industry are now faced with enormous challenges and opportunities. On the one hand, the traditional antennas have become increasingly difficult to meet the needs of modern wireless communications such as WLANs, Bluetooth, cell phones, mobile base stations, GPS (Global Positioning System), RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) , Low profile, multi-band requirements; the other hand, according to incomplete statistics, by 2005 the antenna market will grow to 2 billion US dollars. Among them, the main growth points come from wireless local area network, global positioning antenna, Bluetooth application, cellular mobile phone multi-frequency mobile phone and the like. Antenna products in wireless communication have the characteristics of low cost and high added value. China imported from abroad, the antenna is the price of its production costs of 5 to 6 times. In China, nearly 100 companies engaged in research, development and manufacturing of antennas have seldom touched the new type of antennas used in wireless communications. How to change the status quo, China’s antenna companies are doing what kind of effort?
