在知识时代下,人才是企业发展的原动力,很多企业也给予员工培训工作以高度重视,并且将员工培训作为企业管理经营活动的关键组成部分。但是当前,我国国有企业受到传统观念的影响,对员工培训缺乏足够的重视,自此背景下,本文主要针对调动国企员工培训积极性的有效措施进行分析和阐述,希望给予我国企业以参考和借鉴。
In the era of knowledge, talent is the driving force behind the development of enterprises. Many enterprises also attach great importance to the training of employees and regard staff training as a key part of their management activities. However, at present, the state-owned enterprises in our country are influenced by the traditional concepts and lack sufficient attention to staff training. Against this background, this paper mainly analyzes and elaborates the effective measures to mobilize the enthusiasm of staff training in state-owned enterprises and hopes to give reference to our country’s enterprises.
