事业单位的报酬管理制度是伴随着我国社会主义市场经济制度的建立、完善而发展起来的。但随着社会经济的发展以及人事制度改革的不断深化,现行的报酬制度已不能有效地吸引和留住需要的人才,不能起到有效的激励作用。有鉴于此,通过对我国事业单位报酬体系现状分析,运用多种理论工具,结合对事业单位报酬体系中存在的问题进行分析,从实际出发,提出了动机报酬制度的实践方案。
Institutional compensation management system is accompanied by the establishment of China’s socialist market economic system, perfect and developed. However, with the development of the society and economy and the continuous deepening of the personnel system reform, the current remuneration system can no longer effectively attract and retain the necessary talents and can not serve as an effective incentive. In view of this, through the analysis of the status quo of the pay system of public institutions in our country, using various theoretical tools and the analysis of the problems existing in the pay system of the public institutions, the paper puts forward the practical plan of the incentive pay system from the reality.
