发动机第2级压气机离心叶轮测绘设计时选择了2Cr13锻件材料,该转子部件在工作过程中,叶片多次出现了裂纹并掉块,损坏了发动机,影响了飞行安全。在对离心压气机工作应力和振动特性分析的基础上,将2Cr13锻件的材料冶炼方式、成分控制以及热处理工艺等做了进一步优化设计,并通过试验得到了2Cr13锻件使用工况下的最佳热处理工艺制度,提出了2Cr13锻件故障排除的具体解决方案。
2Cr13 forging material was selected for the second stage compressor centrifugal impeller design of the engine. During the working process of the rotor part, the blades repeatedly cracked and dropped, which damaged the engine and affected the flight safety. Based on the analysis of working stress and vibration characteristics of centrifugal compressor, the material smelting mode, composition control and heat treatment process of 2Cr13 forgings were further optimized, and the best heat treatment conditions of 2Cr13 forgings were obtained through experiments Technology system, put forward 2Cr13 forgings troubleshooting specific solutions.
