伴随着市场经济的快速发展,社会对公证的需求也日益增加。公证业务数量的不断增长,公证队伍的发展壮大,都有力促进了公证事业的长足发展,但同时也使公证机构工作运行机制、内部机构设置及人员配置等诸多问题逐渐凸显。本文作者以一个基层执业公证员的视角,针对目前县域公证处存在的一些问题,分析阐述了如何在有限的人力、物力条件下,更好地优化、配置机构和人员,更顺利地推进县域公证处的规范化建设,并在建立公证工作长效机制方面提出了一些看法和思考,以期对公证管理工作有所裨益。
With the rapid development of market economy, there is an increasing demand for notarization in society. The continuous growth of the number of notarial businesses and the growth and development of the notary public force have all contributed to the rapid development of the notarized enterprise. However, many issues such as the working mechanism of the notarized organizations, the establishment of the internal bodies and the staffing are gradually highlighted. Based on the perspective of a certified public practitioner at the grassroots level, the author analyzes some existing problems in current notary public at county level, analyzes and expounds how to better optimize and allocate institutions and personnel under the conditions of limited manpower and material resources, At the same time, it puts forward some opinions and considerations on establishing the long-term mechanism of notarization in order to benefit the notarization management.
