目的比较皮肤念珠菌病患者不同部位分离菌株基因相似性,推测皮肤念珠菌病多部位感染的可能途径。方法采用PCR扩增引物P-Ⅰ和P-Ⅱ扩增出白念珠菌染色体25S rDNA片段和特征性的基因片段重复序列片段,结合两种扩增结果进行分型,并将870 bp大小的特征性的基因片段重复序列片段用限制性内切酶EcoRⅠ和ClaⅠ消化。结果来自19例皮肤念珠菌病患者的41株白念珠菌被分为6型,同一患者不同部位分离菌株基因型相似,不同个体间基因型有差异。结论分离自皮肤念珠菌病患者不同部位的致病菌株基因型相同,提示其发病可能与外源性再发感染无关。
Objective To compare the genetic similarity of isolates from different parts of skin candidiasis and to speculate the possible pathways of multi-site infection of cutaneous Candidiasis. Methods The 25S rDNA fragments of Candida albicans and characteristic gene fragments were amplified by PCR amplification of primers P-Ⅰ and P-Ⅱ, and then combined with the two amplification results to genotype the 870 bp-sized Sex-gene fragment repeats were digested with the restriction enzymes EcoRI and ClaI. Results 41 strains of Candida albicans from 19 patients with cutaneous candidiasis were divided into 6 types. The genotypes of isolates from different parts of the same patient were similar in different genotypes. Conclusions The genotypes of pathogens isolated from different parts of patients with cutaneous candidiasis are the same, suggesting that their pathogenesis may not be related to exogenous recurrence infection.
