作为一种先进且较为完善的职业教育模式,“双元制”职业教育模式不仅提高了劳动者的职业素质,而且促进了德国教育和经济的飞速发展。我国正处于社会转型和产业结构优化调整的关键时期,学前教育和幼儿教师继续教育工作的成败关系到祖国的前途和命运。针对我国幼儿教师继续教育的实际情况,文章阐述了“双元制”职业教育模式的含义、基本特点与成功经验,旨在引起对幼儿教师继续教育的思考,并努力在教育实践中探索出一条具有中国特色的幼儿教师继续教育之路。
As an advanced and perfect vocational education model, “dual system” vocational education mode not only improves the professional quality of workers, but also promotes the rapid development of German education and economy. Our country is in a critical period of social restructuring and optimization of industrial structure. The success or failure of preschool education and kindergarten teachers’ continuing education work is related to the future and destiny of our motherland. In view of the actual situation of continuing education for kindergarten teachers in our country, the article expounds the meaning, basic characteristics and successful experience of the “dual system” vocational education mode, aiming to arouse the thinking of kindergarten teachers’ continuing education and trying hard to explore in the practice of education A kindergarten teacher with Chinese characteristics to continue education.
