青年的劳动就业模式,是对青年劳动就业的现状及其特点的最概括反映。它包括许多层面,主要由青年的就业规模与水平、青年的劳动参与模式、青年的就业增长模式等三个方面构成。由于政治经济条件不同、社会制度不同以及人口状况和人口特点不同,在不同的国家,青年劳动就业的模式及其面临的困难也就不同。对比进行比较研究,并从中探索出趋势和规律性,对于我们更好地指导青年就业和为国家制定科学的就业政策,均具有十分重要的意义。一、青年劳动就业的规模与水平比较青年劳动就业的规模与水平,分别从数量和质量这两个不同侧面反映了青年劳动就业模式的最一般特点。前者从量的方面反映了一定时期、一定地域内的青年参与劳动的人数或数
Youth employment patterns are the most general reflection of the status quo and characteristics of youth employment. It consists of many dimensions, which are mainly composed of three aspects: the employment scale and level of youth, the labor force participation model of youth and the employment growth pattern of youth.
