我国成人高等教育在办学体制上的多元化以及办学形式上的多样化间接造成了招生的无序竞争和管理上的混乱。经济利益驱使下的不惜代价、不择手段的生源大战,导致教学质量滑坡和教育资源浪费,严重影响了我国成人高等教育的健康发展。改革我国成人高等教育办学体制、规范成人高等教育办学行为已经成为历史的必然,本文对现行自学考试、成人业余(函数)、远程教育这三种成人高等教育的招生考试制度和发展趋势进行了梳理,分析了内蒙古在职成人高等教育的发展现状和存在问题,提出这三种成人教育形式逐步融合是高等教育发展的必然趋势,并就成人高等教育“三教”融合提出一些思路,权做探讨。
China’s adult higher education diversification in the school system and the diversification of the form of education indirectly led to disorderly competition in enrollment and management chaos. Under the economic interests driven at any cost, unscrupulous war students, leading to the decline of teaching quality and educational resources, seriously affecting the healthy development of China’s adult higher education. Reforming the educational system of adult higher education in our country and regulating the behavior of adult higher education has become a historical necessity. This paper reviews the enrollment examination system and development trend of the current self-study exam, adult amateur (function) and distance education , Analyzes the status quo and existing problems of in-service adult higher education in Inner Mongolia. It is proposed that the gradual integration of the three forms of adult education is an inevitable trend of the development of higher education. Some ideas are proposed for the integration of adult higher education and “three religions” Discussion.
