经济新时代背景下,纺织企业管理注重理性、制度与人性化三者协调统一,强调全面落实“以人为本”管理理念的重要性。文章通过分析我国纺织企业人力资源现状及存在的问题,提出了现代纺织企业可在“以人为本”理念指导下,建立科学民主的管理机制,促进企业可持续发展,以适应知识经济时代的发展要求。
Under the new economic background, the management of textile enterprises pays attention to the unity of rationality, system and humanization, and emphasizes the importance of fully implementing the “people-oriented” management concept.
