先锋霉素Ⅵ对多种革兰氏阳性、阴性菌、需氧菌及部分厌氧菌均有较强的抗菌作用。在口腔外科方面已被广泛用来代替青霉素.在股骨头及膝部移植手术中业已证明它具有良好的骨内扩散性,但其扩散进入下颌骨的情况以往尚未作研究,本文介绍这一研究结果. 本组22名患者均采用舌侧劈开法拔除下颌阻生第三磨牙。术前1小时肌注先锋霉素Ⅵ1g.给药后45～200分钟采取血标本,凿下的舌侧骨皮质亦留作标本均储存在-20℃下备用.采用高速液相色谱分析法测定
