随着21世纪“互联网+”的快速发展,酒店业也在日益增加对电子信息技术的应用。酒店大多数的管理都涉及信息管理,如何应用信息管理从而优化酒店各部门的服务效率成为了一个酒店发展的新要求。酒店信息化管理基于“以客户为中心”的根本原则,提升管理的科学性和便捷性,提供贴心的个性化服务的同时,保证酒店成功营销的收益最大化。信息系统提供的交互式服务,不仅提高了服务的效率,为客户提供便利的同时树立了酒店良好的服务宗旨,在酒店的形象方面也得到了极大程度的提升。
