文章从我军军人工资结构的现状分析入手,提出我军工资结构应变保障生存型为激励发展型分配模式,从质的构成与量的构成两个方面实现结构均衡。
Starting with the analysis of the status quo of the wage structure of our military personnel, this paper proposes that the surviving type of our military wage structure should be the incentive-based distribution pattern, and that structural balance be achieved from the two aspects of the composition and quantity of the quality.
