现在的学生,物质生活条件比过去好多了,而心理问题却变得较普遍而复杂起来。为了准确把握学生的心理状况,对症下药,搞好班级管理,我提议让他们写日记。因日记不受题目、内容、表达方式等限制,能发现问题,老师可以随时介入,帮助学生解除困扰。一、日记,可以解开同学间的小疙瘩。现在有些学生利己主义思想较重,只顾自己,不顾别人,更不会注意别人的感受。同学之间经常出现小别扭、小磨擦。又因他们年少幼稚,不谙世事,所以,同学间动不动就会出现些尴尬的“结”。如果不早解开,越结越大,对学生本人、对班级都有害无益。这些“结”在他们的日记中会时有反映。老师可以利用自己的特殊身份,帮他们穿针引线化解矛盾。如,学生李在日记中写道:他与同学张因小事产生了误会,两人已有好几天不说话了,心里很焦急,又没有办法。我就找学生张,让他看这篇日记。他看后,在这篇日记下面这样写道:“没关系,其实我也不对。”两人因此和好如初。之后,我见学生李的日记中写了这样的话:“我今天才认识到写日记是在与老师谈心,是我们
