目的探究腺性膀胱炎与膀胱腺癌中调控因子Notch1的表达情况。方法选择24例腺性膀胱炎患者,35例膀胱腺癌患者,同期12例健康体检者,收集3组膀胱组织标本,并用S-P法检测Notch1表达情况。结果腺性膀胱炎组Notch1阳性表达率为45.3%,膀胱腺癌组Notch1阳性表达率为68.6%,健康对照组Notch1表达均为阴性。腺性膀胱炎组、膀胱腺癌组与健康对照组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);腺性膀胱炎组、膀胱腺癌组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。膀胱腺癌GⅠ期+GⅡ期组阳性表达率为55.0%,膀胱腺癌GⅢ期组阳性表达率为86.7%,两组间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论从病理学来看腺性膀胱炎是正常膀胱组织发展为膀胱癌的中间阶段,早期膀胱癌诊断可将Notch1作为敏感指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of Regulatory factor Notch1 in glandular cystitis and cystadenocarcinoma. Methods Twenty-four patients with cystitis glandularis, 35 patients with cystadenocarcinoma and 12 healthy controls were enrolled in this study. Three bladder tissues were collected and the expression of Notch1 was detected by S-P method. Results The positive rate of Notch1 expression in cystitis glandularis was 45.3%. The positive rate of Notch1 expression in cystadenocarcinoma was 68.6%. The expression of Notch1 in the control group was negative. The differences between the cystitis glandularis group and the bladder adenocarcinoma group and the healthy control group were statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the cystitis glandularis group and the bladder adenocarcinoma group (P> 0.05). The positive expression rate of GⅠstage + GⅡstage group was 55.0%, while the positive expression rate of GⅢstage group was 86.7%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusions From the perspective of pathology, cystitis glandula is the intermediate stage of normal bladder tissue development of bladder cancer. Notch1 can be used as a sensitive indicator in early diagnosis of bladder cancer.
