随着中学高水平运动队的发展,如何建立一套科学有效的教练员激励机制,加强对教练员的管理,充分调动教练员的积极性,提高运动队的竞技水平,己成为中学高水平运动队建设过程中迫切需要解决的问题。文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法对西部区某市中学高水平运动队教练员激励机制的现状进行全面研究和分析。结果表明,不能与其他专业课老师同工同酬,造成人才流失,高水平运动队缺乏较为完善的教练员工作评价体系。
With the development of high-level sports teams in middle schools, how to establish a set of scientific and effective incentive mechanism for coaches, strengthen the management of coaches, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of coaches and improve the competitive level of sports teams has become a high school sports team The urgent need to solve the problem in the process of construction. This paper makes a comprehensive study and analysis of the current situation of the incentive mechanism of coaches of high-level sports teams in a certain middle school in the western region by using the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics. The results show that teachers can not be equal pay for equal work with other specialized teachers, resulting in the loss of qualified personnel. The high-level sports teams lack a well-established evaluation system of coaches.
