[目的]探讨强肝软坚方对肝硬化门脉高压症的作用及其可能机制。[方法]SD大鼠57只,以二甲基亚硝胺诱导肝硬化模型,并设普萘洛尔对照,观察各组大鼠门脉压力、脾指数、门脉血甘胆酸(CGA)、胰高糖素(PG)的变化。[结果]中药组门脉压力、脾指数、CGA及PG均明显下降,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]强肝软坚方可降低异常升高的门静脉压力、改善内脏高动力循环状态,其可能机制是通过调节门脉血中CGA、PG而达到降低门静脉压力,减少奇静脉血流量的作用。
[Objective] To explore the effect and its possible mechanism of Qianggan Ruanjian on liver cirrhosis and portal hypertension. [Methods] A total of 57 SD rats were treated with dimethylnitrosamine-induced cirrhosis and propranolol was used as control. The portal pressure, spleen index and portal glycocholic acid (CGA) were observed in each group. Changes in glucagon (PG). [Results] The portal pressure, spleen index, CGA and PG of the traditional Chinese medicine group were significantly decreased, and there was a statistically significant difference compared with the control group (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Qianggan Ruanjian can reduce the abnormally elevated portal vein pressure and improve the visceral hyperdynamic circulation state. The possible mechanism is to reduce the portal vein pressure and decrease the azygous blood flow by regulating CGA and PG in portal blood.
