新《体育与健康课程标准》要求的体育教学对体育教师提出了更高的要求.教师在教学过程中必须逐步从按照体育教学大纲实施教学转变为根据新课标各学习阶段运动目标及学生兴趣爱好选择教学内容来实施教学。教师也必须从讲授者转化为学习情境的创设者、课程内容的提供者.以学生运动兴趣及个性特点为主要目标,以完成各个学习阶段运动水平目标为目的,从而进一步促进学生身心发展,养成自我参与体育锻炼及终身体育的意识。
